Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL aperitif
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz. 120 mL prosecco white wine

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Strawberry slices, Lemon slice

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
