Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Le Fruit Peach
• 2 oz. 60 mL orange juice
• 4 oz. 120 mL champagne or sparkling wine

Glass: Flute

Glass Size: 9 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Raspberries, Orange peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
