Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL bergamot liqueur
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Violet Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • Top with
  • 4 oz. 120 mL prosecco white wine
  • 1 oz. 30 mL club soda

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Basil sprig, Edible flower(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Serve.
