Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Le Fruit Watermelon
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. 60 mL rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL orange liqueur
  • ice cubes
  • 2 oz. 60 mL ginger ale

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Watermelon

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Serve.
