Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup (Proprietary)
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• Top with
• 4 oz. 120 mL club soda
• Top with
• 2 oz. 60 mL butterfly pea flower tea

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
