Ingredients

• 1/5 oz. 6 mL Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
• 3 slice(s) jalapeno pepper
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL silver tequila
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL triple sec curaçao liqueur
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
• 2 oz. 60 mL Sweet and Sour

Glass: Rocks

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Pepper

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
