Spiced Pumpkin Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Glass Size: 1 (9 inch) pie.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Whisk together butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the eggs in one by one, whisking until all are fully incorporated. Then whisk in the flour and puree.
- Lastly, add the buttermilk and lemon juice and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake the pie for 50 minutes or until center is jiggly but not soupy.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge.
