Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pineapple syrup
• 1 tbsp strawberries
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with
• 6 oz. 180 mL club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

16 oz. 480 mL

Garnish: Dehydrated lime , Lemon peel, wheel or wedge, Pineapple frond

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
