• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin South Seas Blend
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 5 oz. 150 mL club soda
• ginger beer

Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Flowers/herbs, Pineapple frond
