• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Chocolate syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
• 4 oz. 120 mL milk
• 3 scoop(s) vanilla ice cream
