Ingredients

• 3/4 Monin South Seas Blend
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 6 ea. mint leaves
• 6 oz. 180 mL ginger beer

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Lime wedge, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
4. Serve.
