• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Le Fruit Watermelon
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Hydration Boost
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL ruby red grapefruit juice
• Top with
• 3 oz. 90 mL club soda

Garnish: Cucumber slice(s), Watermelon, Black lava salt

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
