Ingredients

• 3 leaf(ves) sage
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin spiced brown sugar syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL grapefruit vodka
• 3 oz. 90 mL fresh grapefruit juice
• Fill with sparkling water

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Ruby red grapefruit, Sage

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
