• 3 oz. 90 mL Monin HomeCrafted Dragon Fruit Cosmo Cocktail Mixer
• 1 oz. 30 mL white rum
• Top with pineapple juice

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
