Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL vanilla liqueur
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin peppermint syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 10 leaf(ves) mint leaves
• 4 oz. 120 mL club soda

Glass: Julep Cup

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Mint leaves

Instructions

Pour fruit(s)/ spice(s)/ herb(s) into a glass and muddle with MONIN flavouring(s). Fill glass with crushed ice. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage. Stir. Top with sparkling beverage and serve.
