• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Dark Chocolate sauce
• 2 shot(s) espresso
• 4 oz. 120 mL milk
• Top with Infused Cold Foam
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Pistachio syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL cold 2% milk
• 1 oz. 30 mL heavy cream
• 1 scoop(s) vanilla whey protein

Glass: Tall/Pint

Garnish: Mint

Instructions

Pour ingredients (except cold foam) into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Use blender or frother to mix the cold foam ingredients or combine in shaker cup and dry shake vigorously for 60 seconds, or until mixture is frothy. Top beverage with cold foam, garnish, and serve.
