Ingredients

• 6 oz. 180 mL champagne
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Desert Pear syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL pineapple juice

Glass: Flute

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir. Serve.
