pomegranate mojito
Ingredients
- 8 ea. mint leaves
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 23 ml Monin Pomegranate syrup
- 45 ml light rum
- top club soda
Glass: Specialty
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Pomegranate
Instructions
- Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Serve.
