Ingredients

• 6 ea. mint leaves
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Matcha Green Tea Concentrate
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
• Muddle
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL coconut rum
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 4 oz. 120 mL club soda

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

1. Muddle fruit/herbs and Monin product(s) in serving glass.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Transfer from serving glass to other glass and back.
4. Garnish.
