pineapple yuzu daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60 mL gold rum
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
  • 3 ea. pineapple wedge (no skin)
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL fresh agave sour mix

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple slice

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
