Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Butter Pecan Syrup
• 4 oz. 120 mL pineapple juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL Amontillado sherry
• 6 dash(es) bitter

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Mint sprig, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

Combine ingredients in mixing tin. Spindle mix for a two-count. Pour into serving glass filled with ice and garnish.
