Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL light rum
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL dark rum
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pineapple Purée
  • 2 oz. 60 mL orange juice
  • 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lime juice

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Mint sprig, Pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Serve.
