Peanut Butter Satay Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 cup canola oil

Instructions

      1. In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
      2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified.
      3. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
