Peanut Butter Satay Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 cup canola oil

Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
- With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified.
- Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
