  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dash(es) bitter
  • 3 oz. 90 mL rooibos red tea
  • 2 oz. 60 mL ginger ale

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Peach slice(s), Lemon twist

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir. Serve.
