Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Le Fruit Peach
• 1 sprig(s) rosemary
• 1 oz. 30 mL aperitif
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL bourbon
• 2 oz. 60 mL lemon sour
• Top club soda

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Smoked bourbon sugar, Rosemary

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Garnish.
