• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Pink Grapefruit syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL aperitif
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL blanco tequila
• Top with
• 2 oz. 60 mL sparkling rosé wine

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
