Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Rose syrup
  • 1 oz. 30 mL fresh orange juice
  • 5 oz. 150 mL champagne or sparkling wine

Glass: Flute

Glass Size: 7 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Orange peel

Instructions

  1. Combine MONIN flavouring(s) and 15 ml sparkling beverage in serving glass.
  2. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill with remaining sparkling beverage.
  4. Garnish.
