Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin granny smith apple fruit puree
• 4 oz. 120 mL pinot grigio
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL brandy
• 1 oz. 30 mL apple juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL lemon-lime soda

Glass: Wine Glass

16 oz. 480 mL

Garnish: Cherry, Mint sprig, Apple fan

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
