Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Ginger Purée
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL orange juice
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL lemon
• 2 oz. 60 mL carrot juice
• Top with tonic water

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
