Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Elder Flower syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 6 oz. 180 mL club soda

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Flowers/herbs, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
