Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL aperitif
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • Fill with
  • 4 oz. 120 mL champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Thyme, Dehydrated orange wheel

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir. Serve.
