Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL gin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Lavender syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Honey syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL extra dry champagne

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Edible flower(s)

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed. Add ice cubes. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish.
