Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL mezcal
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Peach syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Elder Flower syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL egg white

Garnish: Peach, Flowers/herbs

Instructions

Shake ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into chilled serving glass.
