Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. Monin Matcha Green Tea Concentrate
- 1/2 oz. Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh ginger roots
- 1 oz. egg white
- 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Mint, Candied ginger
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Garnish.
