Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 2 oz. 60 mL bourbon
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Maple Spice syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Pear syrup
• 2 dash(es) bitter
• 1 ea. orange peel

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Pear, Orange peel

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with ice in order listed. Stir vigorously to chill and strain into a chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
