Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL bourbon
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Le Fruit Mango
• 1 oz. 30 mL carrot juice
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with
• 1 oz. 30 mL ginger beer

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mango, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Serve.
