mango honey tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Honey Mango Syrup
  • 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 5 oz. 150 mL tonic water
  • 3 oz. 90 mL cold brewed coffee

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
  2. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
  3. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
  4. Stir vigorously to mix, and strain into serving glass with ice.
  5. Add garnish, and serve.
