Ingredients
- 45 ml premium gin
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml Monin Elder Flower syrup
- 30 ml heavy cream
- 8 ml egg white

Glass Size: 8 oz.
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Garnish.
