Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL gin
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin granny smith apple fruit puree
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL orange liqueur
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3 dash(es) bitter cherry
• Top champagne

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Apple slice

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
