Lavender Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Monin® Monin Lavender Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste
  • 3/4 cup canola or grapeseed oil

Instructions

      In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
