Lavender Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Monin® Monin Lavender Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- to taste
- 3/4 cup canola or grapeseed oil

Instructions

In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
