lavender honey highball
Ingredients
- 45 ml whisky
- 8 ml Monin honey organic sweetener
- 15 ml Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 dash(es) grapefruit bitters
- 120 ml club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Flowers/herbs
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
