Kiwi Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1/2 cup MoninĀ® Kiwi Syrup

Instructions

      In a sauce pot combine sugar and lemon juice and bring to a simmer until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and add the soda water and kiwi syrup. Refrigerate until fully chilled. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturers instructions. Once set transfer to a container, cover tightly and freeze for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight
