• 1 oz. 30 mL Key Lime Pie syrup
• 2 pump(s) Coconut Concentrated Flavor
• 1 oz. 30 mL egg white
• 1 oz. 30 mL heavy cream
• 1 oz. 30 mL club soda

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, Lime wheel

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
