Ingredients
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. Monin spiced brown sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Glass: Flute
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Lemon peel
Instructions
- Combine MONIN flavouring(s) and 15 ml sparkling beverage in serving glass.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Fill with remaining sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
