Ingredients
- 30 ml dry vermouth
- 15 ml pickle juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml Monin chipotle pineapple syrup
- Top with
- 60 ml champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish.
