Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Matcha Green Tea Concentrate
• 4 oz. 120 mL milk
• Top with
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yellow Banana syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL semi skimmed milk
• 2 oz. 60 mL heavy whipping cream

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Banana slice

Instructions

Pour ingredients (except cold foam) into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Use blender or frother to mix the cold foam ingredients or combine in shaker cup and dry shake vigorously for 60 seconds, or until mixture is frothy. Top beverage with cold foam, garnish, and serve.
