Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL tequila
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL triple sec curaçao liqueur
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Le Fruit Strawberry
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Spicy Agave Sweetener
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• Top with
• 3 oz. 90 mL Prosecco Rosè

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Strawberries

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
