Ingredients

• 1 scoop(s) fresh fruit or berries
• Muddle
• 2 oz. 60 mL tequila
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Hot Honey Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 Top with prosecco

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Thyme, Lemon zest

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle. Fill serving glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin, cap, shake, and pour back into serving glass. Top with ice, garnish, and serve.
