Honey Dijon Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1-pint heavy cream
- 3/4 cup Monin Monin Honey Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container, cover in plastic wrap, and freeze for 3 hours before serving.
