Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL silver rum
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Cinnamon syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL grapefruit juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
